Lilian JoanSMITH'Joan' peacefully passed away at Stone House Residential Home on 13th December 2024, aged 96 years. Now reunited with her Beloved Husband, Mick. A Loving Mum to Jan and Ian. Cherished Nana to Amy, James, Robyn and their partners, Joselito, Marga and Jess. An Adored Great-Nana to Maia. A Treasured Sister, Aunty and Mother-in-Law. Joan will be very sadly missed by all of her family.
Joan's family wish to thank all of the staff at Stone House for the incredible care they gave to Joan, who they affectionately called 'Joanie' and for the support they have shown to them all.
In line with Joan's wishes, a private service will be held at Chester Crematorium.
